I am moving into an new apartment and looking for a potential room mate. The apartment is in Prenzlauer Berg about 3 minutes from the Ringbahn Station Schönhauser Allee with every good connections to all parts of Berlin. It is situated in a side street off Schönhauser Allee itself and has all the necessities for shopping and a variety of restaurants bakeries and bars in the vicinity.
The photos are from a year ago from the exposé because the tenants have not moved out yet.
The room ist available from 03.06 till 15.07 with the possibility to extend if we fit well. The room can be rented empty or I could provide some basic furnitures. The price of 550 Euros is all inklusive.
You will be sharing the apartment with me. My name is Jack, I’m originally from China but grew up in Germany, USA and UK. I work as a sound technician for theatrical productions and am an easy going person who values open communication. In my free time I like to make music and build Gadgets.
