we are looking for new longterm roomies.
The flat is about 100m2 big, very calm although it is located in a great area in Prenzlauer Berg. The whole flat has big sunny windows, high ceilings and plank floors. A real old building flat everyone is looking for. Everything is renovated and all the furniture is new. The flat is on the 4th floor and has an elevator, so good.
Here is space for lovely people who plan to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and love to live in a shared flat.
Its fully furnished, washing machine, dish washer and its equipped with all the basics (kitchen stuff, bath, dishes etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.
In the rent everything is included, meaning service charges, water, heating, green power, internet etc. The flat and ur room is completely furnished.
There are two rooms available, a bigger one for 690€ and a smaller one for 650€.
Registration/ Anmeldung is possible.
Lage
The flat is located a few blocks from Helmholtzplatz. This is one of the „most wanted“ neighborhoods in Berlin. There u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Probably some of u might also know Kastanienallee, Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei and Kollwitzplatz. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner.
The flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network.

The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for someone who wanna stay longterm (more then 6 months, one year people have even better chances : )
