The room can be available earlier or later than the advertised date for the right person.
Tegel is a peaceful location with easy connections to Mitte and cooler areas via U8, U6 and S25. You have the bonus of the large forest and amazing lake on the doorstep where the summer is a dream of water, forest and beaches nearby.
The room is furnished with a bed and drawers.
I'm interested in sympathetic and cultural/arts person to join the apartment, that values there own space but also enjoys social interaction. They will enjoy a clean and harmonious home environment where people feel comfortable to relax and be themselves. I am working in IT but most of the time I will be found amoungst music, writing, dance and yoga.
There is a balcony, which leads from my room, I am happy for it to be shared. Also there a small room which doubles as a office and home recording studio.
