The flat is located 2 minutes from Nollendorfplatz, and 5 minutes from Frobenkiez as well as Akazienkiez.


In the flat there would be you, Tim - who is abroad for work for another 3 years and me.
Tim is a director at Theaters and currently hosts a residency at a theatre in Bautzen.
I’m working as a full time architect.

Due to Tim being abroad we have a guestroom free to use for friends and family.

The flat in total has 140sqm.
We have a big living room with projector ans a nice sound system for movie nights.
A big kitchen with “dining area” is fully equipped. Besides that we have a library, two bathrooms- one with a shower and a bath tub.

The flat is on the 4th floor and all the windows of the bedrooms are facing the backyard which is nice, especially in summer cause you can sleep with open windows without being troubled by noise.

Your room has a built in dressing room and is about 23sqm.

The price including all - internet, water, heating, electricity etc. is 900 but we are aware that its too much for subletting
