Hey guys,
our flatmate is moving out and we are currently looking for someone new to our home. The room is bright, 17m2 in size and rather quiet since it is situated at the courtyard side of the building.
The apartment is in Schöneberg, near S1 Julius Leber Brücke. The 104 bus stops right in front of the door and U7 Kleistpark is also only 6 min. walking distance away. We do have an Edeka and Lidl more less directly next door. Kaiser Wilhelm Platz and Akazienstraße are also close.
To the WG and me:
My name is Patrick, I am 28 years old and recently finished my studies. Lily is my other flatmate and lives with me. We're now searching for a new member to our home and family.
We've always been a laid back WG and we enjoyed each others company. I'd like this WG to continue in said spirit. Even though my 5+ years of wild party nights have more or less come to an end lately, we've never been a party WG. And we do not want to become one either. We're quite laid back and follow the maxim of live and let live. We try to make everyone feel welcome, home and very much an integral part of the flat. Before it gets to specific though, I probably better stop now. I think details are best discussed in person and in a more relaxed atmosphere.
