DEUTSCH

ENGLISH
My lovely flat has three rooms, kitchen, bathroom. I'm offering one person TWO private rooms next to each other:
- Bedroom 16qm
- Living room/study 16qm
Together they make up a nice living area at the back half of the flat: The bedroom out to the quiet courtyard gets the morning sun, the living room the afternoon sun. The private study is also ideal if you sometimes work from home, we also have a good 100MB internet connection.
LOCATION
Top location in Schöneberg, next to "Akazienkiez", also near Kreuzberg, Tempelhofes Feld, Nollendorfplatz. In 2 mins you're in the train at S-Bahn station Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1 - Potsdamer Platz - Friedrichstr. - Wedding). If, like me, you like to ride your bike, you can cycle through the Gleisdreieck park towards the centre of town. There are good value cafes in the area, a good bakery, a supermarket on our street, and anything else you might need.
ABOUT ME
I'm 34, English/German and work for a social work NGO. I'm in the flat part of the week, the other half I'm in Potsdam with my partner. When I'm here during the week I'd be happy to share dinner and chat.
The flat is a peaceful refuge for me, so not suited to parties. I consider myself a relaxed and understanding person, I appreciate other people who are the same.
OTHER INFOS
Included are, apart from the furniture pictured, 100MB Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, smoothie maker, my tools and other things you might need.
Registration (Anmeldung) is unfortunately not possible due to lack of contact with my landlord. It might be possible to push back the moving out date if necessary.
I'm looking for a fully working person over 28, I would prioritise women who can speak fluent German/English for ease of communication. Perhaps you've just separated or moved to Berlin and need an orientation period?
I'd like to know, and it doesn't have to be a personal essay, what your working life looks like, what brings you to Berlin/ why you want a temporary flat, as well as anything else relevant...
