Large bright room in Schöneberg (possible right away or July)

I am offering a central room in a really nice finished apartment starring from Jul. 1st (or starting right away also possible as room is free now). The apartment is located in Charlottenburg (3 minutes on foot from the ubahn and 3 minutes from a bus station).

We are looking for a new roommate for the apartment. I John (35) am an american guy that has been living in Berlin for a while now. I finished my studies at the Berlin school of economics and law (HWR) and I am now working in Management. The other roommate Dunia, is a Spanish lady working in the IT industry in fintech.

We speak English, German and Spanish and are looking for someone to rent long or short term.

Lage:
The apartment is clean and new and the location is good and the room is a furnished, bright, and the kitchen and bathroom are fully outfitted. There are all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, fridge, everything you will need already here.

It is very close to U-bahn Viktoria-Luise-Platz, and about 15 min away from zoo.

WG-Leben:
We have a shared fridge and sometimes go shopping together, cook together and eat together, but everything is nicely and clearly separated for each resident so you can also have your privacy. We go out together sometimes and we watch movies together, but its not a prerequisite.

Wir suchen eine Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist in die nächer von U4 Viktoria-Luise-Platz (3 Minuten zu Fuß).

Die wohnung ist sauber und alles gestaltet mit Haushaltsdinger.

Zu mich, ich john (35) habe hier an der HWR studiert, arbeite jetzt in Management, und eine andere spanische frau in IT.

Anmeldung möglich, GEZ fernseher/Rundfunkgebühr inklusive in den Preis.
