A beautiful room with a privat balkony, lot of llight (east-south directions). The room is furnished with a sofa (red sofa in the pictures) that easyly opens to a sleeping double bed size 140*200.
There is alot of storage room in the sofa as its sitting part can be lifted for storage under it. there is also a small round old table, a table with a chair when one can sit and work, shelves for more storage and a kommode for even more storage. There is also a place to hang cloths (not on the pictures).
The balkony has a sitting bank where one can sit comfortabley as well.
The rest of the apartment includes a high quality top equipped kitchen that is new with: big refrigerator, gas, backing oven, small oven, dishwasher, washing machine, waffel maker, juice squizer, all needed cuttlery and plates, frying pans, coocking pots etc..the kitchen is big enough for a group of people to sit.
The bathroom has a bathtab and a window, the entrance hall is furnished in old style, giving a pleasant feeling as one just enters. There is also an extra small room (not in the pictures) one can use as a guestroom.
Close to S-Friedenau (2 minutes), close to S-Innsbruckerplatz (5 minutes), close to SchlossStr with its many shopping centers (2 stations with the bus).
Central and calm, not a party zone...Very comfortable for FU studenst or researchers (the station of the s1, that goes on one direction to Dahlem, Zehlendorf and
the FU but on the other direction to Potzdamer Platz, Brandenburger tor, OranienburgerStr..)
Also within walking form the Ring Station Innsbrucker platz, that brings you all around the center of Brelin, and with the U4 to Nollendorf Platz.
The beautiful Ceciliengaerten is just around the corner, where one can sit in front of the fountain and rose garden to relax.
Within less than 10 minutes one arrives the main street from which buses 48 and 85 reach in 2 stations the Schloss Center, Boulevard, and many other shopping centers famous with "Primark" and lots of other brands and shops, from common to most fancy.
For those who need a place for the car: there is plenty of parking plave in the RubensStr., as well as in the small side streets, so no problem to find a parking place under the flat.
3 poeple in a 4 room apartment, not a party WG, but social...best for students or researchers of the FU, or for those who intend to work in Schoeneberg, Friedenau or Steglitz...as well as other parts of the city
The flatmates are international, speaking german, english. Having only 2 sharing the flat allows a lot of privacy.
Clear understanding about cleaning keeps the apartment always clean and in order.
