• shared garden directly behind the house
• a small park and Volkspark Rehberge are basically the extension of the garden. Just a short walk outside the shared garden and you are in the parks
• Plötzensee lake just a 10 minutes walk away
• very quiet residential area
• towards the other side you find the city with cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance

Public Transport
• tram within a few minutes’ walk (M13 & M50)
• U6 and U9 nearby as well as S-Bahn connection from S-Wedding or Westhafen
• several bus connections

The flat is shared with a writer and philosopher, interested in political topics and psychology.
At home, he enjoys a calm atmosphere, spending time writing and reading, and goes for a daily walk in the nearby park.
He is currently also attending a B2 German language course.
