Hey!

I'm subletting this beautiful, bright room in February!

The room is super cozy and full of natural light, and the best part: it comes with a private balcony where you can soak up the sun, have your morning coffee, or chill in the evenings. There's also a second balcony that belongs to my flatmate – so lots of outdoor space!

I've always felt really at home here – it's a warm, relaxed flat with a great vibe. If you're looking for a nice spot to stay for a while, this might be perfect for you.

Please not: there won‘t be any furniture execpt a matraze, so you would have to bring your own.

The location is great: super central, right in the heart of Wedding. There are several bus and tram lines just a 2-minute walk away, and the U6 takes you quickly to Mitte or Neukölln. The Seestraße station is currently under construction, but the next U6 stop is only a 10-minute walk away – totally doable!

Grocery and drugstores and of course several spätis are just a 5 minutes walk away too.

You'll be living with Lisa – she also just moved in and will be in the apartment until the end of April, since Lukas and I who lived there before are both out of Berlin at this time. She‘s a student and will do an internship. We could arrange that you guys meet before to check the vibe and see if everything is working out. :)
