I am sadly having to leave my flat and am searching for a new tenant to live in this beautiful, spacious and airy single room. It is perfect either for a single tenant or a couple!
The room is 22m2 with a large comfortable double bed, a dresser, chest of drawers and a bench. The furniture is available for purchase. The best part of my old room is the massive balcony which receives sunlight throughout the entire day and offers unblocked views of the entire length of Mullerstr. The balcony is yours and not shared.
The listed rent includes all bills, including WLAN, electricity, water, tv tax etc.

The flat is a recently renovated Altbau located in the heart of an up-and-coming area of Wedding with an ever-increasing number of delicious restaurants and cosy bars. Please do ask for recommendations from us!
The flat also has fantastic transport links. Leopoldplatz Ubahn (U8/U9) is a one minute walk away. This means you can travel to the centre of Berlin in less than 10 minutes! Wedding SBahn station is also a 5 minute walk away, which gives you full access to the Ring Bahn. The M13/50 tram is also 5 minutes away, giving easy access to Prenzlauer Berg.
You will be sharing the flat with Clemi, a native German who also speaks English fluently. He is an event co-ordinator at a Museum in Berlin and is about to start a Masters in Creative Industries. He works quite long hours and is out of the flat a lot but is always keen for a chat in the kitchen.
The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen, including gas hobs, a large dining table, washing machine and double-sink, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower.
