Large Room in Wedding

Hello Berliners,
I am renting out my 30sqm room in Wedding for 6 months while I’m away from town. Moving in sooner (mid December) is possible

Room
Fully furnished room with a full sized bed, 2 desks, chairs, lamps & 3 windows facing the streets.

Location
The Penny supermarket is literally in front of our door, whereas other shopping opportunities like Lidl and Rewe are just 5 minutes away by walk. When it comes to public transport: Ubahn (U8) and Sbahn are 10 minutes away by walk and TRAM (M50, M13) 5mins, there is also a Bus stop (M27,127, 255) in front of our door. Summarizing, the WG is in the ring area and well located. Another big advantage is that multiple parks, the Panke, and lakes (for instance, Plötzensee) are just around the corner, so going jogging or for a walk is easily possible. Pretty often we like to have those walks together since we like discovering new places in the area.

Flatshare Type
We love spending time together. Concretely the kitchen is the common room where we often share good conversations, food, and wine. We also take care of respecting each other's privacy so if you need time for yourself you are not going to be bothered. It is extremely important for us to build a space where everyone feels home and safe, which is why communication is key. Further, we have a cleaning-schedule to ensure that every member of the WG contributes in maintaining a clean apartment.

Miscellaneous
Creating a safe space is our priority, that is why Queer, POC, LGBTQIA+ people are especially welcomed. The four of us have special interests in art, music, and politics; therefore we surely appreciate people who understand and share those.
