Wilmersdorf halt. Keine besondere Party-Szene und Kneipen, aber Schöneberg ist nicht weit.

C'est Wilmersdorf, quoi faire. Pas vraiment de lieux festifs ni de bars, mais Schöneberg n'est pas loin.

Ich möchte eine neue WG mit sympathischen Menschen im Alter zwischen 30 und 50 gründen. Hierfür habe ich vor kurzem eine große Wohnung gemietet:

- 2. Stock in einer ruhigen Straße
- 160 m2
- 5,5 Zimmer:
- Wohnzimmer 30qm mit Parkett mit Zugang zum Balkon
- vier Zimmer für Mitbewohner
- Küche
- Bad inkl. Badewanne
- kleines Gästezimmer

Aktuell bin ich dabei, die Wohnung zu renovieren und einzurichten. Alle Holzböden lasse ich professionell abschleifen und ölen.

Mir ist an einem gemeinschaftlichem Zusammenwohnen ohne Zwang gelegen. Schön wäre es, wenn Du Freude an gelegentlichem, gemeinsamen Kochen & Essen hast, selber gerne Freund*innen einlädst, ein bis zwei große WG-Partyies im Jahr kein Problem sind.

Folgende Punkte sind mir wichtig:
- Wir teilen Grundnahrungsmittel (ich ernähre mich flexitarisch)
- Wir pinkeln im Sitzen
- Umsetzung des Recycling-Einmaleins
- Undogmatisches Leben nach klimafreundlichen Prinzipien

In unserer WG sind Menschen aller Hautfarben, Nationen, Religion, sexueller Idendität/Orientierung und Anhänger aller politischer Positionen im demokratischen Spektrum (konservativ bis links/progressiv) willkommen. Ich selber verorte mich undogmatisch grün-links. Und ganz klar: Rassist*innen, Antisemit*innen, homophobe Menschen, Anhänger*innen der AFD, anderer rechter Parteien, Donald Trump, Elon Musk, Vladimir Putin, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Hamas, Netanyahu etc. sind nicht willkommen. Esoterik*innen finde ich auch gruselig.

Ich selber bin 48 und arbeite als Wissenschaftlicher Koordinator an einem Forschungsinstitut-Institut in Berlin. Mich interessieren:
- Gut essen
- Großstadt
- Architektur und moderne Kunst
- Ballett, Theater, Kino, Konzerte
- Klimaschutz
- Wissenschaft
- ich tanze Swing und Tango

Je souhaite créer une nouvelle colocation avec des personnes sympathiques âgées de 30 à 50 ans. À cette fin, j'ai récemment loué un grand appartement :

- 2e étage dans une rue calme
- 160 m2
- 5,5 pièces:
- Salon de 30 m2 avec parquet et accès au balcon
- Quatre chambres pour les colocataires
- Cuisine
- Salle de bain avec baignoire
- Petite chambre d'amis

Je suis actuellement en train de rénover et d'aménager l'appartement. Je fais poncer et huiler tous les parquets par des professionnels.

Je tiens à ce que nous vivions ensemble sans contrainte. Ce serait bien si vous appréciez cuisiner et manger ensemble de temps en temps, si vous aimez inviter des amis et si une ou deux grandes fêtes en colocation par an ne vous posent pas de problème.

Les points suivants sont importants pour moi :
- Nous partageons les denrées alimentaires de base (je suis flexitarien)
- Nous utilisons les toilettes en position assise
- Nous appliquons les principes de base du recyclage
- Nous menons une vie non dogmatique selon des principes respectueux du climat

Notre colocation accueille des personnes de toutes les couleurs de peau, nationalités, religions, identités/orientations sexuelles et opinions politiques dans le spectre démocratique (conservateur à gauche/progressiste). Je me considère comme écologiste de gauche non dogmatique. Et très clairement : les personnes racistes, antisémites, homophobes, les partisans de l'AFD, d'autres partis de droite, de Donald Trump, d'Elon Musk, de Vladimir Poutine, de Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, du Hamas, de Netanyahu, etc. ne sont pas les bienvenus. Je trouve également les adeptes de l'ésotérisme inquiétants.

J'ai 48 ans et je travaille comme coordinateur scientifique dans un institut de recherche à Berlin. Je m'intéresse à :
- la bonne cuisine
- les grandes villes
- l'architecture et l'art moderne
- le ballet, le théâtre, le cinéma, les concerts
- la protection du climat
- la science
- je pratique le danse du swing et du tango

I would like to start a new shared apartment with friendly people between the ages of 30 and 50. I recently rented a large apartment for this purpose:

- 2nd floor on a quiet street
- 160 m2
- 5.5 rooms:
- 30 sqm living room with parquet flooring and access to the balcony
- Four rooms for roommates
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Small guest room

I am currently renovating and furnishing the apartment. I am having all the wooden floors professionally sanded and oiled.

I am interested in communal living without constraints. It would be nice if you enjoy occasional cooking and eating together, like to invite friends over yourself, and don't mind one or two big flat parties a year.

The following points are important to me:
- We share basic foodstuffs (I am a flexitarian)
- We pee sitting down
- We practice basic recycling
- We live undogmatically according to climate-friendly principles

People of all skin colors, nationalities, religions, sexual identities/orientations, and supporters of all political positions on the democratic spectrum (conservative to left/progressive) are welcome in our shared apartment. I myself identify as undogmatically green-left.
