looking for long-term room

Hello and welcome!
I'm 52 years old, single and I don't have children-or pets.
I'm a fashion designer/stylist, registered with the job center. At the moment I'm following a seminar based on learning German language and looking for a mini Job. I'm trying to make my German better so I can have other job options, since we're still into what we call fast fashion era.
I like to live in a clean and tidy environment, I don't smoke, or do drugs and I don't party.
Everyday life is working out, practicing German language, cooking, going for a walk and listening to music, or watching a film. Sometimes, cinema, meeting friends, sewing or traveling. Oh and trying not to spend much time on social media.

I'm not looking for a friendship, but it's always great if we match to share more than the rent!
