Alaskan woman professional and student seeking room

I am a trans woman student from Alaska seeking a room of at least 18m^2 in a nice neighborhood. I prefer no more than three roommates, ideally women or divers, or a mix of all genders.

I prefer a room at least furnished with a bed, but for the right fit will take an un-furnished room. I am kind and respectful, and like to keep common areas clean. I am open to living with one cat or dog, but have no pets of my own.

I spend a lot of time writing and reading, and the loudest thing I do is watch movies (I can always put earbuds in upon request). I am not a partier. I like to walk and watch birds, talk to my friends, go to a cafe, cinema, or restaurant.

I hold a Master's of Fine Arts in writing poetry and wish to study a technical Bachelor's or Master's in Berlin to change my professional path.
