Master’s Student at SRH Berlin – Clean & Reliable Tenant

I am a master’s student at SRH Berlin and currently living in Berlin. I am looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place where I can focus on my studies and settle for the longer term.

I would describe myself as calm, respectful, and easy to live with. I value cleanliness and always make sure to keep shared spaces tidy and organized. I am a non-smoker and generally keep a quiet lifestyle, especially on weekdays. At the same time, I am friendly and open-minded, and I enjoy having a good, respectful relationship with my roommates.

I am responsible with rent and daily living, and I treat the apartment as my own. I am also flexible with move-in dates and can adapt easily to house rules. Since I am already in Berlin, I am available for a viewing at any time and can move in from June.
