Suche 'ne nette WG - Young Professionals

Hallo zusammen,

Ich bin Moritz 25 Jahre und fange ab Juli an bei nem Berliner Startup zu arbeiten. Würde das WG Zimmer gerne schon etwas früher mieten, wenn möglich.
Ich bin ein offener aktiver Mensch. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich aktuell viel laufen und hoffe im Sommer öfter auch wieder Basketball spielen zu können. Nebenbei versuche ich gerade noch Italienisch zu lernen. Sprachlich habe ich noch immer gut Ausbaupotenzial, aber immerhin sind meine selbstgemachten Pizzen schon mal besser geworden.

Das WG Leben stelle ich mir keineswegs als Zweck-WG vor, kann aber total verstehen, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. Auch ich werde nebenbei arbeiten und entsprechend erst ab Feierabend zu allen Schandtaten bereit sein. In meiner aktuellen 4er WG wohne ich mit Unterbrechungen für Auslandsaufenthalte oder Praktika seit fast 5 Jahren und komme mit meinen Mitbewohnern bestens aus. Sauberkeit, Ordnung und respektvoller Umgang sind für mich selbstverständlich und sollte doch mal was sein, schätze ich unkomplizierte direkte Kommunikation.

Auch eine Zwischenmiete würde für mich in Frage kommen, wenn diese mindestens bis Oktober/November geht. Lieber würde ich aber nach einer WG suchen bei der ich länger bleiben könnte :)

Heyho internationals!

After living in WGs for the past five years I'm still not ready to get out of the game. Rather I wanna step up my game and join your flat :)

My name is Moritz and I am 25 years old. I am moving to Berlin for my job at a startup, which I am starting in July. If possible, I would be happy to rent into the room a little earlier.

Because I am moving to Berlin from my hometown Bremen, I would like to join an open minded and friendly WG and get a fresh start in the captial. I would be happy to join a WG with whom I can laugh, chat and drink a beer or wine every now and then. In my freetime I am currently running a lot and hope that I'll be able to play basketball again in the summer. On the side I've been trying to learn Italian recently - language wise I still have some way to go but at least my pizza napoletana has improved quite a bit...

While I like to be social with the WG, it's not a daily must for me and I understand if you need some down time. I'll need it myself every now and then, since I will be working. After work or on the weekends I'll be down for activities. I've lived in my current WG for 5 years except from some short tenures for internships or studies abroad. Whatever WG I've lived I always got along with my roomates. I am uncomplicated to talk to, value respect and openness. I like to keep my room and public WG spaces tidy, cleaning up after cooking etc. is a given for me.

Also a short-term rental (Zwischenmiete) would be a possibility for me if it lasts until about October/November at least. Though, I'd like to find a WG I could stay with for longer :)
