Do you want to live top floor with wonderful view on Berlin with two funny and friendly flatmates? Here is your unique opportunity:
Cosy, quiet, sunny, bright, beautyful, fully-furnished room (or unfurnished if you wish) in a completely premium-equipped apartment with everything you need.
The room is equipped with a bed, desk, chair, shelf and wardrobe.
The room has big windows and a super-sunny very big balcony with a very wonderful view on Berlin and the mostly sunny and blue sky of Berlin!
Because the room is top-floor and the house is taller than the other houses around the building you can look very far and almost nobody can look into your room. So you have privacy even without closing the curtains ;-)
And since the flat is in the top floor (no neighbours above the flat!) it is very quiet in the night which is not normal in Berlin... Also there is almost no noise from traffic since the street is very small and there are driving almost no cars- especially in the night.
Behind the house is no street but a big yard and garden with meadows and many trees- and also in front of the house are many trees and meadows- it´s like living in a park!
You can chill and grill with friends or simply sit in the sun on the meadow or on one of the many park benches :-)
Short about us: We are an international flatshare where mostly young people (young professionals, students) live.
We are very open-minded, open-hearted, humorous, honest, friendly, funny, respectful and very interested in a harmonic flatshare.
