We designed a place created exclusively for young professionals / students / interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful WG in Beuel, specially made for you.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The building is a historic charming house with a total surface of 350 sqm with three floors and has a nice garden, little fitness room, terrace of 27 sqm, party room, laundry, basement, grill area, everything fully furnished and available for all flatmates.
The house is divided into two big areas:
The First floor. And the second and third floors, are located this duplex apartment of 180 sqm with :
6 double rooms (surface from 9 to 27 m2). 3 rooms per floor.
