We designed a place for a new environment created for students, young professionals/interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful WG in Beuel, specially made for you.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The property is located in Bonn- Beuel district, in a heritage charming house of 350 sqm. On the ground floor of 120 sqm are 3 double rooms with kitchen, a shared bathroom, laundry, basement, bikes storage, party room, a little fitness room, and a nice garden.

We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
