From December until second to last week of July I’ll be out of town so I would like to cover the cost of the flat renting it. My 12 sqm room will be open on the 20th of December 2019 until the 24th of July 2020. The room, like the whole apartment, is very bright and very quiet. From the living room, you get onto one of the balconies which has view on the backyard. It is directly connected with my room as well. Another balcony can be reached from one of the shared rooms. The rent for the room is € 350 all expenses included.
One of my flatmates is German and the other one is from Colombia. They very are nice and quiet guys. We used to talk about what’s going on in the house and trying to arrange solutions that best fit for everybody. We used to clean the house once a week. We use to keep the house VERY clean. Then, we used to share small expenses for example dishwasher, napkins, toilet paper, and detergents to clean the house.
It is a furnished apartment. In your potential future room, there are bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, dresser, shelves, and lamps.
In the apartment, there are a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, fridge, kitchen table, various kitchen utensils, leather sofa, a little table in the living room, shelves in the living room, corridor, bathroom shelves, clothes hanger, clotheshorse, folding chairs, and two shoe racks.
A bicycle garage is also available and a private basement (where I’ll move my personal stuff).
The deposit is € 410 for the apartment which I’ll give you back at the end of your stay.

The apartment is 2min away from the stop Falkenstraße (SB line 10). The main train station is only one stop away with the line 10 and it can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. Other SB lines such as the 1, 4, 6 and 8 can be reached in less than 10 minutes from the station Herdentor or on Wall. Within walking distance are the city center as well as two Edeka supermarkets, a Lidl and a penny market.
Currently, Tim and Nick live with me in the shared flat. Tim is studying at the University of Bremen, Nick is working, and I am studying as well at the Uni of Bremen. We keep the house clean, the kitchen is always clean (no dirty dishes and pots in the sink, please), and the bathroom is very clean as well. We used to write down who has to clean on the calendar to avoid to forget.
