🌟 Location: 44141 Feldstraße 23, located near the city center. Nearby subway station Markgrafenstraße (500m) provides direct access to the city center (approx. 3-minute ride). It's also a 15-minute walk to the city center. Edaka and Aldi are within 50m, and Rewe is within 300m. Can be registered (anmelden). In short: water and land access, the throat of the nine provinces, a top location haha.
🌟 Facilities: 5-person WG (shared flat), both male and female are welcome. The room is about 20 square meters. Two bathrooms and one kitchen are shared, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, tableware, cookware (shared pots, knives, and cutting boards), dryer, etc. You can move in with just a suitcase.
🌟 I am returning to my home country and cannot take back some of the household items I bought. They are very practical home goods. If you are interested, you can see which ones you want based on your needs, and I can give you a discount to sell them to you in a secondhand-Prise
Note: Public areas must be kept clean and hygienic. 500 euros per month, including internet, water, electricity, and winter heating costs. No extra payment required. Only TV license fees need to be split among the five people. Can only be rented for full months, not by the day. Available from February. I plan to pay rent until January 31st, so if anyone needs it, you can move in at the end of January and start paying rent in February.
