schönes WG-zimmer in 3er WG in der dortmunder Nordstadt

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut angebunden. Den Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die nächste U Bahn Station ist nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt und wird von den Linien U42 und U46 angefahren, die direkt in die Innenstadt sowie ins Saarlandviertel und ins Kreuzviertel fahren.
Zusätzlich ist der Leopoldplatz in etwa 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und bietet weitere U Bahn Anbindungen in alle Teile Dortmunds. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung also hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden.

In der direkten Umgebung gibt es außerdem zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Kneipen und Bars befinden sich quasi um die Ecke und auch gemütliche Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar, zum Beispiel der Grüne Salon. Alles ist nicht weit entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar :)

The location is very central and well connected. Dortmund Central Station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The nearest subway station is only around 5 minutes away and is served by the U42 and U46 lines, which run directly to the city center as well as to Saarlandviertel and Kreuzviertel.

In addition, Leopoldplatz is only about a 10 minute walk away and offers further subway connections to all parts of Dortmund. Overall, the apartment is extremely well connected by public transportation.
There are also many options for eating out nearby. Several bars and pubs are just around the corner, and there are nice cafés within walking distance where you can enjoy a relaxed coffee, for example the Grüner Salon. Everything is close by and easily reachable on foot.

In der WG leben aktuell zwei weitere Personen.
Jake ist 29 Jahre alt und kommt aus Kanada. Er reist sehr gerne und ist im Rahmen einer längeren Europareise nach Deutschland gekommen. Über Freundschaften hier hat es ihn schließlich nach Dortmund gezogen. Jake spricht hauptsächlich Englisch und lernt aktuell Deutsch.

Die zweite Person ist Faruk. Er ist 22 Jahre alt, kommt ursprünglich aus Istanbul und hat bereits ein B2 Niveau in Deutsch. Auch er spricht überwiegend Englisch, nutzt aber Deutsch ebenfalls im Alltag.

Die WG ist international geprägt. Englisch ist die Hauptsprache, Deutsch ist aber genauso willkommen. Es wäre gut, wenn du einigermaßen sicher Englisch sprichst.Da die WG sehr international ist, freuen wir uns besonders über Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern. Am wichtigsten ist jedoch, dass du offen, freundlich und respektvoll bist.

Two other people currently live in the shared apartment. Jake is 29 years old and comes from Canada. He enjoys traveling a lot and came to Germany as part of a longer trip around Europe. Through friendships he made here, he eventually moved to Dortmund. Jake mainly speaks English and is currently learning German.

The second person is Farouk. He is 22 years old, originally from Istanbul, and already has a B2 level in German. He also mainly speaks English, but uses German in everyday life as well.

The shared apartment has an international atmosphere. English is the main language, but German is equally welcome. It would be good if you feel reasonably comfortable speaking English.
As the WG is very international, we especially welcome people from different countries. Most importantly, you should be open-minded, friendly, and respectful :)

Wir suchen eine Person im Alter von etwa 19 bis 35 Jahren, die gut zu uns und zur Hausgemeinschaft passt. Wichtig ist uns ein freundlicher, offener Umgang miteinander sowie ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Ordnung und ein respektvolles Zusammenleben in der WG. Schön wäre es außerdem, wenn du kommunikativ bist und Lust hast, dich gelegentlich ins WG Leben einzubringen.

Da Strom und WLAN neu angemeldet werden müssen, da die Verträge aktuell über mich laufen, kann es sein, dass sich die sonstigen Kosten noch leicht verändern. Aktuell gehe ich jedoch davon aus, dass diese bei etwa 40 bis 50 Euro liegen werden. Größere Abweichungen sind dabei nicht zu erwarten.

We are looking for a person roughly between 19 and 35 years old who fits well with us and the house community. What matters most to us is a friendly and open attitude, a basic sense of order, and a respectful way of living together in a shared apartment. It would be great if you are communicative and enjoy being part of shared flat life.
As electricity and internet will need to be set up under a new contract, since they are currently registered in my name, the additional costs may change slightly. However, I currently expect them to be around 40 to 50 euros. Significant changes are not expected.
