Hi Everybody,
I am moving to Prague on June 1st 2018 and am looking for someone who needs a room in shared apartment ; Short or long term. The room is 20 meter square located in the center of the city. it well furnished and is available for Male or Female.
The Monthly Price of the room is 210 Euros and Official registration is possible with that too.
Deposit for the room is 200 Euros and you will get it once you leave the Flat.
The price for Utilities inside the room is 300 Euros which include Couch, Table, Lamp, Almirah/Wardrobe, Furnished floor ( As mentioned in Pictures).
A little about the FLAT:
* it is located in the Center, 5 min walking distance from Hauptbanhof.
* All the shopping stores like Rewe, LIDL, Primark, Altmarkt Galarie is 2-3 min Walk.
* Tram Stop is just downstairs 1 min Walk.
* Shared Kitchen with the dining is available.
* Shared Toilet is available including Bath, Shower, Washbasin.
* One German Guy and One Armenian Guy will gonna be the flatmates
A little about the ROOM:
* A double bed Comfi cozy Sofa couch is available in the room which is perfect for sleeping.
* A full size Big wardrobe is available.

3 persons are living in the wege including me. i belong to India and the other two guys are from Germany and Armania. We all 3 have really good understanding and no body interfere in personal life. We all are very supportive and love to hangout time to time. Since we all 3 are employed, so we usually have less time for parties and prefer to be in silent. You can play loud music or whatever you like inside your own room.
