Two rooms or rather all 3 rooms in a 3 rooms flat will be available for long term (so registration is possible) from the 1st of May'23. Every room in the flat is approx 17m². The flat/room has everything that is necessary (Elevator, refrigerator, washing machine, dinning table, etc). Additionally, there is a communal bicycle cellar in the house.
The flat-sharing community is located in Hochschulstraße. The Mensa Matrix and the Reichenbachstraße Tram/Bus stops are right on the doorstep. The main/central railway station is just 7 mins by foot.
Two working IT Professionals (Anil & I (Sid)) currently live in the flat-share. The 3rd room is occupied by a relatively new sublet, Annirudh who has completed his Master's Thesis recently and awaiting his Work Permit. Both Anil and I are moving out of the apartment from the 1st of May for different reasons. While Anil is moving to Berlin for his new job, I'm renting a different apartment within Dresden since my family is joining me soon. Additionally, the 3rd room which is currently occupied by a sublet is also available from 15th May or 1st June. Hence, you have the flexibility of choosing your own room on a First Come First Serve basis, so don't wait!!!
