Our fully furnished room (no. 1 in the drawing) is looking for a resident. Here are a few facts:
- The rental price is the total rental price (German: Warmmiete). The rental price includes all furniture (bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 tables, chair, 2 shelves, lamps), WiFi, heating, water, electricity, etc.
- In 5 minutes you can walk to the main train station, 3 supermarkets and Boulevard Prager Strasse
- The HTW University can be reached in 2 minutes walk
- You walk 10-12 minutes to the TU University.
- Kitchen is fully equipped. (dishes, stove top, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer).
- Your room has a balcony.
- You can see the furniture in the pics.
- Official registration at the citizens' office (city hall) is possible.
We are two flatmates. Sai from Japan has a gap year. She is working in a restaurant and Ralf studied architecture and is teaching in the university. We are not a couple. We are interested in a good social life. Some times we want to do activities together and some times we want to have our privacy. We are not a "Zweck-WG".
Please write from which date and for how long you need a room.
