I am looking for somebody to rent my 3 Room Apartment at S-Bahn Eichwalde (Eastern Lake Area of Berlin) while my son and i spend time in nature.
For 1 year.
Probably longer.
It’s a wonderful, sunny place to be if you want to escape the city rush and you have everything you need close in the next 500m (Stationary Shop, Edeka, Post Office, Organic Store, Market Twice a Week in front of the door).
As I work from home as a dancer, there is a big empty room, that you can use as a DANCE or YOGA STUDIO if you want.
The Studio (45m2) has a Balcony, embedded by the big oak trees of the Market Street.
The other rooms (20m2) and (25m2) are separate as well so it is possible to use it as a shared flat.
The neighbors are pretty young and the athmosphere in the house is very sweet and familiar.
The monthly rent is 1200€ + 150€ Side Costs
The S-Bahn Station is a 200m Walk and you reach Treptower Park in a 30min Ride.
