The room is 20 sqm. It has a bed, table, chair, and two shelves. It has a south-facing window. It is in the attic, so no need to worry about noise from other residents. The house has two washrooms and a bathroom(separate from the toilet). One is on the 1st floor and the other on the ground floor, so usually there's no problem in the morning when there's a rush to go to classes or work.

The kitchen is large and has a 4 stove, oven, and a dishwasher(saving a lot of time) and every other thing that you need. So no need to bring anything. There's also a seating area with tables and chairs next to the kitchen, which you can use as a dining area or sit to enjoy the garden view. Yes, we also have our backyard garden ;)
We also have two washing machines, so you can wash your clothes for free of cost.

The location is more than ideal for people who want fast access to the TechFach or the Siemens campus. The bus stop is right next to the house. You can literally look at the stop from your window. You can take the 290,286,285, or 293 bus to go to Tech-Fach or the city centre (12-15 mins), and it has the N29 night-liner also. The Bruck-Bahnhof is 7-minute walk, and if you ride a bike, Techfach is only 9-10 minutes away.
Grocery stores (ALDI, REWE & DM) and medical stores are within walking distance.
