A single room in a cozy, separate granny apartment of one-family house with 4 other tenants, located on a quiet residential street.
The rent is €350 plus €120 utilities. This is a flat-rate warm rent, meaning there are no additional utility charges.
The cost of weekly cleaning of the shared areas is included in the utility flat rate. A cleaning service cleans the apartment at regular intervals; each tenant is responsible for cleaning their own room.
The room is fully furnished (chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside table, wardrobe, and bed). Bed linens, bedding, and towels can be provided if required.
The rental contract is concluded directly with the landlord and applies separately to the available room. Each tenant is therefore responsible for their own rent and is not dependent on the other roommates.
The apartment is laid out so that all rooms are accessible from the central hallway. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped (dishwasher, sink, ceramic cooktop, microwave with oven, fridge-freezer, dishes, coffee machine, etc.).
A bicycle rack and a bicycle are available in the courtyard.
Shared use of the washing machine, telephone, garden, and TV is possible. Wi-Fi with a flat-rate internet connection is included in the rent. Telephone calls within Germany are also included in the utilities. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided.
Bus stop at the end of the street (lines 294).
Erlangen-Eltersdorf train station approx. 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
Approx. 15 minutes by bike to the city center, the Faculty of Humanities (PhilFak), or the Faculty of Engineering (TechFak).
Viewings are possible at any time by online or appointment—also in the evenings or on weekends.
