From 01.01.2021, a nice room is available in a 3-room apartment at the beginning of Leipziger Straße, a popular street in Bockenheim district.
Close to the flat (less than 5 minutes walking), you can find many supermarkets (Alnatura, Rewe, Penny, Aldi, Netto, LIDL), banks (Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, Sparkasse), shopping places (e.g. Zalando outlet), restaurants…
Public transportation is also very good: it takes 2 minutes to Bockenheimer Warte station (U4, U6 and U7 and Straßenbahn) and 8-10 minutes to Westbahnhof (S-Bahn). From Bockenheimer Warte, there are only 3 stops to Hauptwache (U6 and U7) and 2 stops to the central station Frankfrut Hbf. (U4). In case you want to go walking, it only takes between 15 and 20 minutes to the Alte Oper.
The kitchen is very well equipped: it has a big fridge (with freezer) and a dish washer. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub and daylight windows. Internet connection and heating is also included in the price.
Regarding the room:
I am leaving because I finished my internship in Frankfurt. The room has 14 m2 and it includes the bed, a chair and 2 small furnitures. You can buy some useful things in Woolworth, also in Leipziger Straße.
Regarding the flat:
Privacy is always respected, but you can have a coffee or a conversation with Kevin and Sara, as they are very nice people. Kevin is working and Sara is studying her master. There is a weekly schedule to clean the flat, but some flexibility is allowed if you are busy.
