WG-Zimmer in Frankfurt in der Nähe der Galluswarte

Hi Leute,
In unserer schönen 3er WG wird ein Zimmer frei, am besten direkt von Anfang Juni bis 1. Januar. Eventuell kann aber auch eine andere Mietdauer vereinbart werden. (Zum Beispiel vom 1. Juni bis zum 1. September)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Frankfurt - Gallus, direkt vor dem Haus fährt eine Straßenbahn zum Hbf, von wo man überall hinkommt. Die Bahn braucht ca. 10min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Zur Galluswarte sind es 5min zu Fuß. Von da aus kann man direkt in 5min mit der S-Bahn in die Innenstadt fahren.
Frei wird mein Zimmer, mit 14 m². Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und muss auch so für die Zeit übernommen werden. Dazu kommt, dass wir zwei Bäder haben. Über die Aufteilung kann dann kurzfristig entscheiden werden. Zur Zeit ist es so geregelt, dass du dir das deutlich größere Bad mit einer anderen Person teilen würdest. (siehe Bilder)
Auch sonst ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet (Küche inklusive vielen Küchengeräten, Wohnzimmer, Fernseher, Eingangsbereich, Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, möblierter Balkon etc.)
Die Möblierung im Zimmer und im Wohnzimmer sieht mittlerweile etwas anders aus :)

Zur Wohnung:

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG und bietet Ihnen eine Wohnfläche von 116 m², verteilt auf einen großen Wohn-/Essbereich (42 m²) mit offener Küche. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung drei Schlafzimmer, ein stylisches Tgl.-Bad mit Wanne und bodengleicher Dusche (das wäre deins) und ein Gäste-Bad (kann auch von dir benutzt werden) ebenfalls mit bodengleicher Dusche. Der Wohnbereich hat Zugang zum Süd-Balkon, der zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Auf diesem kann man bis zum Nachmittag die Sonne genießen. Zur Wohnung gehört eine hochwertig ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kühl-Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Mixer und weiteren Küchenequipment. Die Wohnung ist komplett fertig möbliert. Ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner rundet das Angebot ab.

Da wir eine WG sind, die gerne gemeinsam Zeit verbringt wenn es sich ergibt, wäre es uns wichtig, dass der neue Mitbewohner nicht nur eine Zweck-WG sucht. Dennoch bekommt bei uns natürlich jeder seine Privatsphäre und seinen Freiraum.

Hi, guys,
In our beautiful 3er WG a room is free, best directly from the beginning of June until 1 January 2021.
The flat is located in Frankfurt Gallus, a tram stop is right in front of the house that gets you to Hbf in 10 minutes and from there basically anywhere in Ffm. To the Galluswarte it is a 5min walk. From there you can go directly to the city centre by S-Bahn in 5min.
My room will be free, and it is 14 m² big. The room is fully furnished and has to be taken over as is for the time. In addition, we have two bathrooms. We can decide on the allocation at short notice. At the moment it is arranged that you would share the much bigger bathroom with another person. (see pictures)
The apartment is also fully equipped in other respects (kitchen including many kitchen appliances, living room, TV, entrance area, storage room with washing machine / dryer, furnished balcony etc.).
Also otherwise the apartment is completely equipped (kitchen, living room etc.).

To the apartment:

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and offers you a living space of 116 m², distributed over a large living/dining area (42 m²) with open kitchen. In addition, the apartment offers three bedrooms, a stylish bathroom with tub and floor-level shower (this would be yours) and a guest bathroom also with floor-level shower (ca also be used by you). The living area has access to the south-facing balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher microwave, mixer and other kitchen equipment. The apartment is fully furnished. A storeroom with washing machine and dryer completes the offer.

Since we are a shared flat that likes to spend time together if work and uni allows it, it would be important to us that the new flatmate is not looking for a purpose-built shared flat. Nevertheless, everyone gets his privacy and freedom.
