I´m looking for a short term tenant for my room in this nice apartment in Nordend.
The flat is on the 2nd floor of a nice mixed apartment building on the Eschenheimer Anlage. On ca.70/75 square meter, the flat consists of two sleeping rooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower).
The wooden floor and the nice enlightenment of the rooms make this a very comfortable and cosy place to live.
Your potential room is ca.21sqm and located on the front of the building, looking directly on the small park on the Anlage.
The flat is located on the Eschenheimer Anlage, in the centre of Frankfurt. In a few minutes, you can walk to Konstablerwache and, in the other direction you can reach the heart of the beautiful Nordend. Rewe, Aldi and dm are all at walking distance of 5/10 min.
The area is really well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the line U5 and tram 12 (both at 3/5min walking distance).
You´re going to share the apartment with Max, a super nice guy who works as executive consultant.
We´ve been living together for three years now.
Since September, due to a new work project, Max is out of town from Monday until Thursday and works from home on Fridays.
Nevertheless, due to the Corona Pandemic, he´s currently doing home office.
