Hello dear flatshare and apartment searchers,
Since my roommate unfortunately has to leave Frankfurt for work, I am now looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 2-person flatshare with separate bathrooms in Frankfurt am Main.
It's a bright 91m² two-floor-apartment in Frankfurt Oberrad. The apartment is quiet and yet centrally located.
The bedroom (first floor)
Your bedroom (16 m²) and your spacious private bathroom with bathtub (9 m²) are located in the lower floor of the apartment. The bright room with high windows is furnished and equipped with a large box spring bed, a desk with a desk chair, a wardrobe and a drawer.
My roommate took most of her old furniture (on the picture) with her and we are currently refurnishing the room.
On the lower floor there are also:
- a large and light-flooded living area with sofa, dining table with chairs, a big window sill with a beautiful view of the skyline,
- a high quality and fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and kitchen appliances,
- a practical storage room,
- as well as the gem of the apartment: a sunny balcony with a fantastic view of the Frankfurt skyline and the fields of Oberrad! The greenest place you can find near city center!
A spiral staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor of the apartment. There you will find the second bedroom (my bedroom) and the second bathroom, which is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, which can be used by both flat share members.
The apartment also includes an underground parking space and a cellar compartment with enough space for small furniture, moving boxes or other items.
The room will be available for moving in from 01/10/21 (earlier if necessary).
About the location:
- All shops for your daily needs are within walking distance (REWE, bakeries, pharmacy, kiosk, various restaurants and much more ...)
- Tram station just around the corner can be reached on foot in one minute (Oberrad-Bleiweißstraße)
- 15 minutes to the city center, 10 minutes to the European Central Bank, 5 minutes to Offenbach,
- Right in front of the front door, the fields of Oberrad are ideal for taking walks or running (Dog walking park, organic green groceries, ..)
- Perfect for joggers! The Main can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The Oberrad district borders Sachsenhausen to the west and merges into the Ostend district to the north, where the European Central Bank and the ECB Park with various sports and leisure activities are located.

I'm looking for:
- Students with a guarantee of payment and income statements from their family (german "Bürgschaftserklärung")
- People with a secure job able to show that payments can be made, again income statements
