Homy, cosy and lighty, the apartment is well situated in Westend-Nord, near Grueneburgpark, ideal for people who love jogging or just chill in the park during the sunny days!
It is closed to two major metro stations: Westend & Grueneburgweg. There is also a bus line (64) right around the corner which brings you in 15 min. to the main train station.
The district is very quiet and you are at 15min. from the city centre by foot. All needed amenities can be found closed by (Penny, Rewe, a Bio Laden, DM-drogerie, Postamt, Bäckereien...)
The apartment is well laid out: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, a separate kitchen and a balcony with a nice view on Ffm skyline :))
It is fully equipped with washing machine, and a built-in kitchen with a dish washer and oven.
On the first floor, the apartment stays cool during the summer time. The building has also a lift, a cellar and an inside & outside bike parking. For cars, a parking can be easily found which can be a real blessing in Ffm!
We have a cleaning lady coming every two weeks to ease the share. We love to keep a joyful and respectful atmosphere. This is not a Zweck WG, we enjoy sharing a meal or a glass of wine at times. The flat stays clean & tidy - (not a student or Party Flat)
The furnitures can be taken over for 200 euros incl. bed, chair, cupboard, and desk.
Extra costs: GEZ + Electricity & Gas + Internet
