Großes, Hochschulnahes, Helles WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (04-07.26)

Die Lage ist ideal, vor allem für Studierende: Die Hochschule liegt direkt gegenüber, der Campus ist in ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Aldi und ein Fitnessstudio sind ebenfalls etwa 2 Minuten entfernt. In die Innenstadt braucht man rund 15 Minuten. Eine Busanbindung besteht im 15-Minuten-Takt in alle Richtungen.

The location is ideal, especially for students: the university is directly opposite, and the campus is about a 2-minute walk away. Aldi and a gym are also about 2 minutes away. It takes around 15 minutes to get to the city center. There is a bus service every 15 minutes in all directions.

Die WG besteht aus zwei Mitbewohnern (ohne mich):
Alejandro (27) aus Spanien, arbeitet viel, wodurch man die Wohnung auch öfter mal für sich hat und es morgens keine Dusch-Staus gibt.
Kolja (20), sehr extrovertiert, kreativ und immer für einen kurzen Schnack zu haben. Er ist sozusagen der Künstler der WG.

Ich selbst bin eine Frau und lebe hier sehr gerne. Das WG-Leben ist familiär und entspannt, mit gemeinsamen Koch- oder Spieleabenden, spontanen Gesprächen und gelegentlichem Zusammen-Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, mit viel Deko und indirektem Licht.

Bei uns wird sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch gesprochen, theoretisch auch Spanisch und Ungarisch. Männer und Frauen sind gleichermaßen willkommen.

The flat share consists of two flatmates (not including me):
Alejandro (27) from Spain works a lot, which means you often have the flat to yourself and there are no queues for the shower in the morning.
Kolja (20) is very extroverted, creative, and always up for a quick chat. He is, so to speak, the artist of the flat share.

I am a woman and I really enjoy living here. Life in the shared apartment is relaxed and friendly, with joint cooking or game nights, spontaneous conversations, and occasional shopping trips together. The apartment is very cozy, with lots of decorations and indirect lighting.

We speak both German and English, and theoretically also Spanish and Hungarian. Men and women are equally welcome.

Das Zimmer wird zur Zwischenmiete vom 1. April bis 1. August (4 Monate) vergeben, da ich in dieser Zeit mein Praktikum an einem anderen Ort mache.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 450 € und beinhaltet bereits Strom, Gas und WLAN.
