Room near TUM

I am a future student at the TU Muenchen. I am from India. I am a very friendly and open minded person. I am pretty neat and clean.

I will be moving in around the last week of September. (After 21.09.2013). Rooms offered from the 1st of October are also fine.

I am looking for a room near the University at the following districts (Preferably) - Ismaning, Dietersheim and Unterschleissheim and Garching. Offers from other nearby areas and even Schwabing-Freimann are also welcome.

I am looking for the following facilities in the Aparment/House:
- Bathroom
- Kitchen
- Internet
- Heating

I don't have a problem if the bathroom and Kitchen are shared. A furnished room is preferable.

Any number of rooms in the House/Apartment is fine. My room mates can be of mixed gender.

I will be renting the room for a minimum of one semester (6 months) to a maximum of 4 semesters (18 months)

I speak English and elementary level Deutsch.
