Fully furnished living room (female only) in garching for 6 weeks

Dear Ladies,
I am renting my fully furnished living room in Garching for 6 weeks.(starting from 15th of July to the end of the August)
I am having my own room in the flat.and I am renting a living room.the living room is fully furnished.
The rent for 6 weeks is 600 euro and the deposit is 300 euro..It includes the living room, shared kitchen, shared balcony and shared bathroom.The flat is fully furnished.The electricity, internet and heater are included in the rent.
i have my own room in the flat.the only problem is that I am renting the living room and whenever i want to use the kitchen or to go out from the flat i need to pass the living room.so you dont have full privacy.
Regarding myself.I am 35 years old.living in germany since 8 years .I have a full time job.So I leave the flat arround 8 am and come home usually after 9 pm.
I dont have any visitors and i am living in my own room.and I dont use the living room.so I guess you will feel very comfortable .

The flat is located 10 min from uhbahn Garching.here is very beautiful and quite area.
