TUM-Student sucht eine langfristige WG-Miete. (TUM student is looking for a long-term flat/flatshares rent.)

Hi, my name is Yu CHEN. I am coming from China and 24 years old (male). Currently, I will pursue for my master’s degree at Technical University of Munich (TUM) from this coming October.

I have read about your rental offering on Ads and I am interested in it. So, I was wandering is it still available now?

To start my master study, I am planning to rent your apartment for a long time from around 01.10.2019. I am a nonsmoker and have no pets. I am a quiet, honest and fair student and most importantly I have been living in flat/school apartments with different flat-mates or landlords for 11 years since I was only a 13-year old kid which means I am so good at getting along well with my flat-mates and landlords.

Additionally, I once received a lot of honor and awards in almost each of my home school (see them in the attached files), so I am confident that I am a good tenant who will take care of your flat well. To know more about me read the attached files in this email.

Attached files are (1) my resume (CV) with photo; (2) admission letter and confirmation of enrollment issued by TUM; (3) proof of insurance; (4) a bank statements that confirms I have enough money to pay for your rents; (5) a photo of myself. Besides, if you need additional files to ensure others things, just tell me and I will send them to you as quickly as I can.

Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible to make an appointment (or a video appointment by Skype) to visit the flat?
