Spanish student looking for a room

Hi! :)
My name is Irene and I am a Spanish student who is moving to Munich in September 2019 until June 2020. I'm looking for an apartment that is close to a S-Bahn station.

Some info about me: I am 24 yo girl and I'll be working as intern at the DLR. I'm a tidy person and I like the everything to be clean, but not excessive, I'm quite flexible. I am willing to share the house work according to a weekly planner. I’ve lived before in a shared apartment.

I consider myself a friendly and sociable person, so I'd love to find an apartment where I could spend some time with my future flatmates and not just a place to sleep. I love kitchen night talks and I am always for a walk, a coffee in the city or a nature weekend getaway.

I love traveling so I will make the most of my time in Munich and try to visit all the places I can during those 9 months.

I have just started learning German, but I can speak fluently English, Italian and a bit of French.
