Young female PhD student looking for a long-term room in Gilching, Wessling, Germering, Pasing, Fürstenfeldbruck

Hello,

I am Mai, a 32 year-old female Vietnamese PhD student in DLR, Oberpfaffenhofen in Wessling,
south of Munich since March 2019. I am looking for a shared flat or a 1-zimmer wohnung for a LONG TERM.
(at least 1 year, starting from June 1st)

Briefly, I am unmarried, having no pets, nice, tidy, and I respect traditions.
I prefer to spend spare time for cooking (dinner only, with exception if I am too tired),
reading books (mostly literature and history ones), dancing (zumba), and hiking,
either alone or with my colleagues.

I constantly look for a balance between work and the personal life and keep contact with nature.

At this moment, my German language skill is still limited, but I am learning German and
trying to integrate into German life style. I am open -minded, and to a same extent, I appreciate privacy.

I lived happily in a dormitory room, shared with girls from China and Malaysia
during my time in Korea.

I would like to know your expectation on a tenant and be happy to figure it out in a personal meeting.
It would be better if I, additionally, get to know other current residents in case of a shared flat.
