Hello,
I would like to welcome you to a quite wg at the heart of the city. It is approximately a 54 sqM. apartment with 2 bedrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen and a very spacious bathroom. The room that is being offered is approximately 15 sqM in size and beautifully proportioned. Both the rooms have a common balcony on one side and during summer its pleasant to sit there and have a drink. The room is very bright and the flooring is nice. The apartment is on the first floor and the building has a large elevator. So moving in with heavy stuff is quite easy.There is a small storage room in the apartment itself. Other than that there is a bike room in the cellar. The building has washing machines and driers in the basement.There are plenty of bike parking slots and also parking places for cars.
The position of the building is very central. Its right beside the GöHV office and there are several supermarkets(Aldi, Tegut, Rewe) are very close.Bahnhoff is 2 minutes walking and the central campus is less than 2 mins by bike. There are couple of restaurants like the Vapiano, Rialto which are right next to the building.Though its almost in the city the locality is quite peaceful.
About me, I am a 25 years old Student doing my Phd in neuroscience here. I am english speaking and would prefer to have people who can speak the same for ease of communication. I am a fun loving guy and enjoy cooking together with my apartment mates at times. I do a lot of sports and often watch movies with my buddies. I dont smoke myself but have no problem if you do it in your room. I would not want to have people with pets. I am decently clean and would want someone who has a sense of hygiene. The rest we can figure out when we meet each other.
