Heeey! :) I am a student and my flat mate is leaving for about 1.5 months so 1 furnished room in a 2 room WG will be free on 1st Fabruary until 15 March in a Students Dormitory near MHH initially for 1.5 month, after that on arrangement we can (maybe/maybe not) continue the rent depending on my flatmate's travel situation. (so for now its ONLY for 1.5 month)
It's for enrolled uni students so you need to provide a current immatrikulatsionsbescheinigung.

The rent for one month is €350 so for 1.5 months (1 Feb to 15 March) will be €525 plus a deposit amount of €350.

-The room is equipped with a bed, a Desk, a Chair, a Wardrobe, and a Shelf.

-The electricity, water, internet and warming costs are all included in the rent.

-Besides the two rooms there is a small hallway with a small pantry kitchen with electrical stove, a small fridge with freezer compartment and a cabinet. A shower and a toilet. (all shared with 2 persons)
I have a Microwave, coffeemaker, Tassimo, an Oven, Electric kettle a dinning table and much more that of course you can also use them if you want.
-There is a common washing machine area in the building with 7 washing machines and 3 dryers.
-A common room for freezers where we have a freezer compartment also there.
-Elevator.
-A big common Party room. (needs reservations) -Parking area (you need to pay separately)
-A small gym in the building. (needs reservations)

🚋5 min walk to the U-Bahn line 4 station.
🛒5 min walk to supermarkets like Edeka, Penny, Rossman, Tedi and local supermarkets.
🚍3 min walk to the bus stop.

✅Cleanliness is super important in this WG as it's a small apartment it can turn into a mess very quickly if you don't care about cleaning the kitchen, bath and other common areas.

We don't do turns on cleaning, any of the 2 persons should always try to keep the apartment as clean as possible all the time. ✅

Please note that the city registration (Anmeldung) is NOT possible since my flat mate is registered there and will be back here soon.
