The room is available from 15thof October. Our flat share is on the third floor of the house. The bedroom is partly furnished. Bed, desk, cupboard and a shelf are already there. The bed (white 140cm) was bought by me, I would love to be able to sell it.The flat has a very spacious kitchen with enough space for visitors. Bathroom and the toilet are in separate rooms, which is great, so there is no jam in the morning. The room is rented by Hausverwaltung Optima GmbH to students.
Location
The apartment is located in the Weststadt and is super central. To the nearest bus station it is a two-minute walk. You will need five minutes to Bismarckplatz if you go by train. It takes about 5 minutes by bike to get everywhere very quickly: Old town approx. 12 minutes, Neuenheimer Feld approx. 15 minutes, Bergheim campus approx. 3 minutes. Also some supermarkets are in close proximity.
