3 flatmates can live in a nice, spacious, quite apartment, the apartment is quite spacious, beautiful and well-planned for 3 persons as it has a common hallway from where it has separate entries to all the rooms (3 rooms) & other parts (such as bathroom, toilet, kitchen & internal store-room). All other facilities such as washing-room, drying-room, storage-room are available on the basement and a reserved parking-space is also available. The place is the center of the Dielheim (an extension from Wiesloch, ~8 minutes by bus and ~16 minutes to Wiesloch-Walldorf bahnhof by bus and then S-bahn to Heidelberg hbf takes ~10 minutes), which has all the daily needs (such as Supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, banks, post-office, bus-stoppages) available within ~3-minutes walking distance and the surrounding has natural beauty together with parks, sports, exercises opportunities.
It has 3 rooms, one XXL room with balcony, one Standard-large & one a bit smaller average (but all the rooms has privacy), so the rent is different:

The amount is including basic utilities per month (yearly calculation can vary based on consumption), so some recommendation of usage should be followed. There should be some WG-rules applied to ensure the security, understanding between flatmates, maintenance of the flat. The location is in the center of Dielheim, so one can find the daily-life needs with an ease. There are nearby Supermarkets (EDEKA, nah und gut Arlt, PENNY Markt etc.), Banks, Pharmacy, Restaurants, bus-stoppages and so on. For better facilities Wiesloch center is also nearby.
The public transport connections towards Heidelberg Hbf and Heidelberg Bismarckplatz are available. There are easy public transport connections (~15 minutes) to Wiesloch-Walldorf bf and (~30 minutes) to Heidelberg Hbf. The location is ~11 minutes distance by car from SAP headquarter, Walldorf.

It is really broad, spacious apartment where one can have everything like individual bedroom, completely furnished kitchen (dining-space), toilet, bathroom with both shower and bath-tub, an internal storeroom, a common hallway and other common facilities like underground storage, laundry room and a dedicated parking space on the parking lot. So the living here is very enjoyable and the beautiful spacious apartment and center location makes life easy.
Es ist wirklich breit, geräumige Wohnung, wo man alles haben kann wie Einzelzimmer, komplett möbliert Küche (Essbereich), WC, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein interner Abstellraum, ein gemeinsamer Flur und andere gemeinsame Einrichtungen wie unterirdische Lagerung, Waschküche und einen eigenen Parkplatz auf dem Parkplatz. So ist das Wohnen hier sehr angenehm und die schöne geräumige Wohnung und die zentrale Lage machen das Leben einfach.
