Although all text is in English, your future flat mate speaks German (fluently) as well!
The flat is well-located in the center of Heidelberg, just 3 minutes away from the main station. The public transport connections are close, but most things you can just walk to. The closest supermarket (Kaufland) is only 3 minutes away, but Aldi, Rossmann and others are also easy to reach.
The room is 18qm and has its own balcony. The room is not at the side of the street, so you won’t be bothered by the traffic. The balcony is big enough for a small table and two chairs, or to hang a hammock. A nice place to eat your breakfast and to start your day, or to come home to and relax.
The flat has a small corridor, a bathroom and a kitchen. In the kitchen you'll find a freezer, oven, microwave, cooking equipment, glasses, plates etc. (in other words, everything you'll need). These belong to Anastasia, but you would be able to use them as well if you bring a vacuum cleaner, because it is missing in the flat. This will keep the apartment nice and clean :).
The bathroom and kitchen are cleaned each week (one week you clean the bathroom, the other week the kitchen/corridor). In the common basement there is a washing machine and a dryer (for €2,20 and €2,10 per cycle). But instead of using the dryer, you can hang things in your room or at your balcony of course.
The costs for internet and electricity are included in the €366 (€318 for the flat, €48 for internet/electricity). The fee for the existing equipment fee is €150 and includes a 140x200 bed (frame/matrix/mattress), the desk and chair, the white drawer and the outside desk and chairs.
