A good place at affordable price is required for long term stay

Hello, I am a male student from India. I am looking for a furnished adequately equipped place to live for a long term stay at affordable prices. I am okay if the place is a bit far away from the city center. No parking place is needed. I would like to cook myself so kitchen should be there. Internet facilities should be good enough to establish reliable communications. Total costs should be included in the rent. Gas, electricity should be available. A fridge should be available. I prefer living a modest life style so no high life style lavish facilities are needed. Last but not the least, If a family can host me- then it will be great, I would not turn it down.
