Hi to whoever checks out this ad,
As I'm moving on to Berlin very soon to write my master thesis there I'm looking for a student willing to take my room over for the next couple of months (with option for permanent takeover in the end of March).
Now some details concerning my room:
- area of around 10m2 + a "private" balcony (the only entrance is from my room) of ca. 5m x 1m in size
- the room is furnished (big wardrobe, pretty big closet with 5 shelves, chair, desk, my office chair, bed with a huge drawer under it - all except office chair were provided by Studentenwerk)
- there's big window with installed jalousie
- the floor is carpeted
- internet socket is located behind the closet, close to the desk
Time for some details concerning the flat itself:
- there's shared kitchen with big fridge, stove with oven, a number of plates and pieces of cutlery, cabinets, drawers, sink
- toilet room with washbasin and mirror
- shower room with basin, mirror and heater
- small hall with a table and two chairs in the middle of it and one closet
Washing machines are located in the laundry room in the basement (1EUR per use, charged from Thoska - student ID).
The total rent is 162 EUR per month (including heating and electricity and water of course), exactly as much as I pay to Studentenwerk (152 EUR for the room and 10 EUR for internet).
The flat is situated in an 10-storey dorm located in the Lobeda district in Jena. Kaufland and tram stop are reachable in 2-3 min of walk. With line number 4 it's possible to get to the city center in ca. 12 min, to the main station in 10 min. Station Jena-Goeschwitz is very near, only 2 min by tram (no 3 or 1).
Since I am offering a room in a student dormitory, I need to stick to the Studentenwerk regulations, here's two most crucial:
- you have to be a student at Uni or Fachhochschule in Jena
- you need to come from an European country (sick rule of Studentenwerk I have learnt about today - only certain "combinations" of nations are accepted, you'll be living with easygoing Chinese and German guys)
