one room in WG, Apartment, House or live with a family

Hello.
I'm a student from FSU Jena. actually i need a room and instead of it's rent, i could clean all the house daily or every week, washing dishes, do the shopping,and help to my landlord, i also can keep of children or pet. i even can cooking delicious foods.
on one hand, I am a biologist and can keep the garden. on the other hand, i know about technical things because i got a certificate about it and as far as i can, i coud be able to fix and restore the problem of kitchen and electronic house stuffs. it give me an apportunity to be friend and learn everything and also learn German language, because i just know a little bit German and almost i speak English.
i also can pay a little bit rent.i hope find a family which can fill the gap of their children, because i'm really kind and lovely.
