My name is Ludger Hövelmann, I'm 57 years old - I live on a farm in Kleve - Rindern.
I belong to a very long established farmers family in the nearness of Kleve - our family is known here since more than
150 years - exactly since 1864.
At present I rent out nearly 50 rooms in 7 houses to students from the Hochschule.
They come from all over the world.
The room is fully furnished - please see pictures.
With this advertisement I offer a room in Kleve, Kalkarerstraße 29 - very close to the Hochschule.
The room is located on the second floor in the house.
The room is - about 14 square meters large.
7 minutes walk to the Hochschule - about 4 minutes by bike.
5 minutes walk to the main train station.
