Die Wohnung befindet sich in Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein, einem malerischen und historischen Viertel, das für seine traditionellen halbbetonten Häuser und Blicke auf die mittelalterliche Festung Ehrenbreitstein bekannt ist.
Aber es ist immer noch einer der inneren Bezirke von Koblenz.
Die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen sind ausgezeichnet. Mehrere Buslinien sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und es dauert nur 7 Minuten, um das Stadtzentrum mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Aber natürlich können Sie auch mit dem Fahrrad spazieren oder gehen. Die Nachbarschaft bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten, darunter einen großen Supermarkt, Ärzte und eine Apotheke, kleine Boutiquen, Museen und gemütliche Cafés. Wenn Sie eine Pause benötigen und eine Pause einfangen wollen, gibt es einen kleinen Park direkt vor dem Haus für längere Spaziergänge können Sie zum Rhein oder bergauf zum alten Schloss gehen und den Blick genießen.
The flat is located in Koblenz-Ehrenbreitstein, a picturesque and historic neighborhood known for its traditional half-timbered houses and views of the middleagef Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.
But it is still one of the inner districts of Koblenz.
The public transport connections are excellent. Several bus lines are within 3 minutes walking distance, and it takes just 7 minutes to reach the city center by bus. But of course you can also walk or go by bike. The neighborhood offers plenty of amenities, including a large supermarket, doctors and a pharmacy, small boutiques, museums and cozy cafés. If you need a break and want to catch a break, there is a small park directly in front of the house for longer walks you can go to the river Rhein or uphill to the old castle and enjoy the view.
This is an all-female shared flat with space for up to 7 residents. All flatmates are international students, creating a welcoming and multicultural atmosphere.
The WG life is friendly and harmonious. If you’re looking for someone to chat about your day you might always find somebody in the kitchen or shared dining area. Everyone respects the house rules, which include a cleaning schedule to maintain a pleasant living environment. This ensures that everyone feels comfortable and at home.
This is the first WG in Koblenz specifically designed to be a Safe Space for WOMAN, offering an environment where everyone can feel comfortable.
As the landlord, I am very passionate about supporting young international students as they begin their journey in Germany. I’m living in a multinational WG by myself and am aware of your stuggles.
All costs, including the GEZ fee, are already included in the rent to make things easier. I am also happy to assist with other challenges, such as navigating German bureaucracy or completing important paperwork. If specific furniture or equipment is needed, or a mirror needs to be hung,... I am happy to arrange it!
